Rabat, Morocco

Today was another day of recuperation. I was still ill and did not like the idea of being too far away from a clean and private toilet. I woke up around 11:00 and relaxed inside the room for quite a while. Eventually, I showered, dressed, and left the room. I then walked to a nearby pharmacy to purchase some medication to alleviate my ailment – I try not to use drugs when able and I had hoped that whatever gastrointestinal infection I had would simply pass through me, but it had been five days now and I figured I should take another step to rid this vile disease from my body. So, I bought some Nifuroxazide and rehydration salts. I then returned to my room, left the medication inside, and exited out the hotel again to get something to eat. I walked south to near where the railway station is and I stopped at a restaurant and had spaghetti bolognaise and water. I then returned to my room, took the Nifuroxazide, and mixed the rehydration salts with my water. I then proceeded to relax for the rest of the night, mostly lying on my bed, until I fell asleep after 02:00.
